<p>Durham County Council, Adults & Health Services, is seeking a suitably experienced and competent organisation to provide a domiciliary care package, including personal care, to a service user in the Horden area of County Durham. The provider of this care package must be registered appropriately with the Care Quality Commission. The package comprises of 45mins AM call - shower (within sheltered accommodation facility - requires encouragement), shave , dress in clean clothing (requires encouragement), make breakfast and drink, leave snack for lunch, ensure kitchen is tidy, administer medication), check wellbeing. 30min Tea call - Provide meal and drink, welfare check. 15min Night Call - Change clothing, administer medication, check wellbeing.
