NHS Supply Chain has established a non-exclusive framework agreement (FAG) for the supply of structural heart valves, perfusion and ventricular assist devices and consumables to the NHS Supply Chain customer base via the Direct and E-Direct Route. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of GBP 34 400 000.00 in the first 24 months of this framework agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement. The figures for the total estimated value were based on the initial expenditure and included forecast for growth. The estimated value over the total framework agreement term (including any extension options (2 + 2 year term) is GBP 85 100 000.00. The products within this lot is for the NHS to provide patients with Heart Valves and Annuloplasty Rings, bands and repair. The products within this lot is for the NHS to provide patients with perfusion products. The products within this lot is for the NHS to provide patients with ventricular assist devices and total artificial heart products.
