Tender description

The main objectives of the contract are to evaluate different RPA Platforms, with a view to carrying out a technical evaluation of available platforms to inform our Automation and Technological strategy to provide Automation services for the SG initially, expanding to the wider Public Sector in future SG require to evaluate different RPA Platforms, with a view to carrying out a technical evaluation of available platforms to inform our Automation and Technological strategy to provide Automation services for the SG initially, expanding to the wider Public Sector in future. We have prioritised our HR Recruitment and On-boarding processes as the focus area for this Automation Pilot. There has already been extensive analysis of HR processes and the technical environment within SG. Process profiling, data flows and potential candidate functions for automation have been identified
