Tender description

Simply Serve Ltd (SSL) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. SSL (the ‘Authority’). is acting in its own right and for and on behalf of Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, The Authority has issued an Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) in connection with the competitive procurement of hot beverage and vending solutions. The contract is for the provision of the products and goods relating to a hot beverage and vending solution. Details are as follows: (i) supply one, new barista machine (for the Pod); (ii) supply two, new, tower style, hot beverage machines (for the Pod and the Orchard); (iii) supply seven, new, bean to cup vending machines (one each for the Academy, Kingston Wing, Outpatients Department, ICU waiting room, Queensway and two for the Canteen); (iv) supply all machines with a contactless payment facility alongside cash and token facilities; (v) provide servicing and maintenance for each machine supplied; (vi) provide training on the use of new machines (including Barista training); (vii) supply coffee beans, tea, hot chocolate and relevant consumable products related to the provision of retail hot beverages across the YDH site. (viii) possibly provide vending cups and other disposables items for vending services.
