To enable the delivery of the West Sussex County Council Strategic Transport Investment Programme (STIP) and schemes that have been identified the Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) programme the need for a Professional Services contractual framework has been identified.The contractual framework will provide a set of Consultants who can provide a Design and Client Support service.The design of infrastructure projects is currently provided by a Professional Services Framework and we are now seeking to replace this arrangement.
