Tender description

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council invited tenders for the provision of advocacy services to provide high-quality advocacy support to service users. The services are a vital part of ensuring people are effectively supported with health and social care and other needs, and the processes and decisions in relation to these. This will ensure that the service user’s voice or best interests are at the heart of any decisions made. There will be general requirements for all advocacy services, and Care Act Advocacy, Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy/Deprivation of Liberty (IMCA/ IMCA DoLS) and Relevant Paid Person Representatives (RPPR), Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) and Inpatient Mental Health Advocacy, Independent Complaints Advocacy (ICAS) and generic advocacy.
