Framework Agreement for Mixed Tenure Service - Provision of Close Cleaning

Tender description

Provision of close cleaning services in mixed tenure estates and surrounding common areas across East Renfrewshire. Contract award will be offered as a Framework Agreement to the top 3 bidders appointed after evaluation. There will be no guarantee given with regard to the Council’s overall uptake of any resulting Framework. The Framework will run for a period of 35 Months with an option to extend for up to a further 12 month period at the sole discretion of the council. Supplier to carry out a common close cleaning service across East Renfrewshire. Closes to be cleaned roughly 17 occasions from May 2021 to end March 2022. Each to be cleaned approximately 3 weeks apart. Minimum of 3 suppliers appointed to the framework after evaluation.
