• Installation of a new Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting System throughout the entire school including connection to a central fire alarm panel, external ducting between buildings etc. • Fire upgrade works to provide cavity barriers in the attic spaces, fire protection to stores, fire doors, sub-division of the main corridor, attic hatches, new store, fitted storage units. • Access ramps and steps to all main areas of the buildings. • Replacement of the existing steps between the main school building and the lower school building. • Repair works to the natural slate roof including renewal of the ridge, all lead to the existing chimneys, verge trims, localized slate replacement. • Flat roof upgrade including, insulation, Trocal membrane and all associated trimmings. • Replacement of the low-pitched lean-to roof over the Staff Rm. • Quilt insulation to the attic of the main school building.
