Fast Futures - Digital Skills and Employment Training Programme for Young People

As the country faces a sharp economic contraction, one of the groups that will suffer the most is the cohort of young people leaving full time education this summer: for the first and important 6 months of their careers they are facing a very difficult employment landscape before, as may be hoped, employment options generally improve in early 2021. The intention of this project is to support these young people in gaining the skills that employers will need as they begin their anticipated recovery in early 2021. As such Avado, a digital vocational skills provider, will delivery training through six modules: • Unlocking Technology and Data • Organisational Agility • Go to Market Foundations • Leading and Empowering Teams • Finance Fundamentals • Personal Growth Additional information: This Award has been made in line with Health Education England's Standing Financial Instructions.
