Tender description

English Heritage wishes to appoint an experienced digital training provider to develop an innovative digital training programme which is aligned with our visitor experience strategy. Our training timetable is usually centred around February/March time in readiness for the start of the new season on the 1 April. This will be slightly delayed in 2021 due to Covid-19 however we would like to be in a position to roll this out to our staff and volunteers from April/May 2021 onwards. Content will need to be worked up alongside experts in the organisation to ensure it is correct and of a high standard. As per attached documents.
