Tender description

Transformation of Homeless Services is a corporate priority as recognised by the MIGP and the forthcoming City Plan and as agreed by Cabinet in August 2020. It forms a key part of broader transformation work within Adult Services. We have developed an ambitious new model of service delivery; developed a robust business case and we are now into the design and delivery phase. Arena Partners are a specialist consultancy that have the specific skill-set that is required to deliver this project e.g. social / private housing specialism; technical homelessness knowledge; service redesign. The design phase will include co-design with service users with complex needs; which requires specific skills around facilitation and co-production. Arena Partners were commissioned to deliver the first phases of this work which has been completed. However, the third wave of covid-19 has impacted the programme and we now require the final phase to complete the design and delivery phases and support the recovery efforts. Finance approval is attached and the reason for the spend is Service Failure.
