Tender description

Lot 1: The service specification sets out the range of Community Home Care services that the Council wants to make available, and the outcomes to be achieved as defined by the individual Service Users. The city will be split into 6 geographical areas, and one Primary Service Provider will operate in each of these areas. A framework agreement will also operate to supplement the primary contracts.
