Cheshire Ireland is seeking to develop a Quality, Care & Information Management System which will allow the integration of key functions of the organisation’s current operating systems into one integrated system, where this is not feasible the organisation is seeking to maximise connectivity across operating systems. The preferred option is a single point interface with tiered access across the system for managing the documentation, associated information and recording for all key areas of service development & delivery including: • Care Management • Person-Centred Planning • Document management system (published policies, documents and forms) • Complaints Management • Adverse Event Reporting • Risk Assessments & Risk Register • Restrictive Practice Register • Audit (clinical and health & safety) • Unannounced Visits • Reporting Processes • Workflow Processes • Data Analysis, Evaluation & Trend Monitoring Cheshire Ireland is seeking to develop a Quality, Care & Information Management System
