Award of 701_0804 Cleaning of Ardgartan and Ardentinny Toilet Blocks

Tender description

Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) requires a competent cleaning contractor that will provide high quality services, whilst offering good value in the expenditure of public funds, for our premises which are located at the Ardgartan Toilet Block near Arrochar and the Ardentinny Toilet Block near Dunoon. Ardgartan is located approximately 44 miles from Glasgow, and 29 miles from Dunoon. Ardentinny is 25 miles from Dunoon, and a ferry crossing from Glasgow. Please see attached map showing location and directions. Both sites are located within Argyll Forest Park, part of Forestry and Land Scotland’s Central Region. The sites have similar toilet blocks, consisting of three toilets open to the public, 7 days per week, and 24 hours per day. Our intention is to award this contract for a period of 1 year commencing on 01 April 2021, with the possibility of extension for a further 1 year.
