Tipperary Education and Training Board, on behalf of the Board of Management of St. Anne’s Special Primary School, Sean Ross Abbey,Roscrea, Co Tipperary Republic of Ireland invites tender’s. The additional accommodation comprises of 3 x classroom special needs unit and associated safe spaces, specialist classrooms, offices and toilets circa 1 077.0 m2 as outlined in Project Brief Appendix A. Tipperary Education and Training Board, on behalf of the Board of Management of St. Anne’s Special Primary School, Sean Ross Abbey, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary Republic of Ireland invites tender’s from Architects to lead the design team for construction works at St Anne’s Special Primary School. Full design team will comprise of four individually appointed consultants as follows: architect/design team leader, civil and Structural engineer, building services (M&E) and quantity surveyor for project management, design consultancy services for the full design, statutory approvals, planning, fire and DAC procurement of surveying services and construction contractors and subsequent periodic inspections, certification, handover,defects liability period certification of construction works. Note: A separate competition for the appointment of a PSDP will run using the DoES PSDP Framework. The additional accommodation comprises of 3 x classroom special needs unit and associated safe spaces, specialist classrooms, offices and toilets circa 1 077.0 m2 as outlined in Project Brief Appendix A Tipperary Education and Training Board’s engagement on this project extends to the appointment of the design team only. The responsibility for the delivery and completion of the project will revert to the Board of Management of St Anne’s Special Primary School and the Department of Education and Skills.
