Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services for Cashel Town Signage Strategy and Public Realm

Tipperary County Council (the Client) is seeking the full range of complimentary Architect led multi-disciplinary consultancy services (the Consultant) to act as Project Supervisor Design Process and to develop a Wayfinding and Signage Strategy and integrate it into the design of Cashel Town Public Realm (the Project). The Consultant shall tender for the following project phases as outlined in Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF): - CWMF Stage (i): Preliminary Design to include the Statutory Planning Process - CWMF Stage (ii): Detailed Design and Tender Development - CWMF Stage (iii): Tender Action, Evaluation and Award - CWMF Stage (iv): Construction - CWMF Stage (v): Handover of Works Initially the Consultant is required to bring the Project from Preliminary Design (Stage i), through the Detailed Design and Tender Development (Stage ii). A detailed Project Cost Report must be developed by the Consultant at the end of Stage (ii), incorporating all project costs to date and complete forecast costs to project completion. Progression to subsequent stages is dependent on funding availability. Whilst it is expected that funding will be made available to continue with the project, the Client reserves the right to revise this strategy should it so wish and there is no guarantee that any or all of these services will subsequently be awarded.
