Tender description

Arch Consulting Ltd currently provide front end forms for key employee administration tasks such as the on-boarding and termination of employees, known as FLM. These provide a user-friendly layout for line managers to complete the required tasks as part of the employee lifecycle. This information is then imported into SAP as a daily automated transfer. The contract with Arch expires on 01/04/2021. The Council is currently designing the replacement for FLM however the current go live date for this is January 2022. Therefore, an extension to the current FLM solution contract is required to ensure that key functionality can continue to be provided until the long-term replacement is complete.
