Brief project background and overview of business case and options appraisal (provide a high level overview of project referencing to further documents as appropriate) The All Services Hub provides Councils with a modern, accessible and searchable online information Hub, bringing all community service information into one place for Adult Social Care, Family & Childcare Services, SEN and other community services; to meet statutory requirements under the Care Act and Children's Act. This includes but is not limited to Childcare (providers), Childcare Funding (information for childcare providers on funding available), Care Passport, Disability (Disabled Children’s Record), Local Offer (information services for families of children/young people with SEND), Autism and Wellbeing Wheel, Family and Parenting (e.g. courses available – parenting programmes etc), Health and Wellbeing (signposting to other services such as pregnancy & birth, healthy and active lifestyles), Leisure, Working, Education and Volunteering. This currently runs alongside the Carer’s support service. The All Services Hub is a Software as a Service solution, with a secure website functionality to enable FIS staff to have access to secure parts of the website and database. Individuals and organisations will also add and manage their own information to the database. They can access, update and remove their own data at any point. Data included disabled children and their parents as well as vulnerable adults who are self-referring into Adult Social Care. All published information related to childcare settings and Ofsted registered providers. The All Services Hub holds childcare and organisational information for families and professionals in Cornwall and populates the CC FIS website and Cornwall Community Directories. The system also holds contact and personal data for callers contacting FIS via free phone and email. The Council is required to have this service to meet its Statutory requirements under the Care Act. The solution must be compliant with IG and GDPR.
