Tender description

The purpose of this competition is to establish a Single Operator Framework Agreement relating to Access Control Systems at NUI Galway. NUI Galway is committed to replacing existing GSD systems with access control systems in a range of campus locations on a phased basis as funding permits. Following a competitive tendering process in 2020, a single party framework agreement was established and the first phases of this replacement work were completed. As a result of additional funding secured, the initial contract awarded through this Framework will be for the completion of as many of the remaining locations as possible by a funding deadline set of 31st October 2021. The proposed Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for two additional years, to a maximum of four years.
