Tender description

Plymouth City Council wishes to secure the services of a multi-disciplinary consultancy for a 2 dwelling suburban respite scheme – delivered in the form of 2 adjacent bungalows, to provide planning / building control submission and design oversight and cost advice, construction tender documentation, employers agent and clerk of works services. The 2 buildings will be used for respite care for 2 individuals (and their care teams) at any one time. The bungalows have been designed with a core team of clinical staff, to deliver a safe, accessible and welcoming space that will be used for people with highly complex needs who may need respite care away from their family home, care home or their own home in the community.
