Tender description

Provide access to a system Integration platform that is compatible with the Universities Student record system (Tribal SITS) and a range of other core systems (CELCAT, Moodle, AD etc). Keeping within the over all budget envelope and upon agreement with Glyndwr University, build an agreed number of complex/high value integrations. Provide knowledge transfer to the appointed IT Integration Developer in the form of shadowing opportunities and detailed build documentation. Provide ongoing Support in the form of UK based support call centres, complete set of documentation, full specification and licences. Provide ongoing service for a 2+1 (Maximum 3 years) contract duration.
