Provision of an integrated case management system that supports agile working and improves both the internal and external user experience. LPPS is comprised of four service areas: planning, building control, street naming and numbering and local land charges. These are demand-led legislative services that support the growth and development of Central Bedfordshire. In-line with the local plan, Central Bedfordshire will be growing by around 40 000 new homes in the next 15 years and ensuring that we have in place a customer focused and efficient business solution is integral to the development of Central Bedfordshire as a great place to live and work.
