Tender description

The Council have a requirement to appoint a specialist contractor for asbestos removal and carry out remedial works in various domestic and non-domestic properties across the Council. All removals will be per property and include the disposal of asbestos containing homogeneous material and the disposal of any materials/goods which are contaminated. All enclosures required to carry out the work includes the decontamination, removal, and disposal. Call off by direct award from the Scotland Excel Asbestos and Related Services Framework 24-18, Lot 2 – Asbestos Removal and Disposal. The contract is awarded for 1 year with the option to extend for 12 months.
