Tender description

The selected contractor will be required to carry out the cleaning requirements for the University in accordance with the schedule of services. The service will include the outdoor cleaning, of the Campus infrastructure as directed by the Buildings and Estates Department. As part of these works, it will be necessary to carry out works in conjunction and liaise with other contractors, on a continuous basis, as part of the daily maintenance programme. Other duties associated with preparations for special events will form part of the overall service: along with providing support to the Campus Emergency Plan.
