Quantity surveying services

Tender description

A full quantity surveying services consultancy, life cycle costing and value engineering and management, are required. The quantity surveying consultancy services include all quantity surveying and cost management services throughout the design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of a 2 000 m2 refurbishment across all floors. The quantity surveying consultancy services will be required for: — preliminary stage (i), — design stage (ii), — tender stage (iii), — construction stage (iv), and — handover stage (v).
