Provision of Dental PAS System - Pre-Tender Early Engagement Notice

<p>Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking expressions of interest for pre-market engagement to assist in the strategic direction of the procurement and provision of a Dental Patient Administration System.</p> <p>To express interest, please send an email to sarah.davies133@nhs.net with the contact details for the person/ people that you wish to be included in the engagement session.</p> <p>The deadline for expressions of interest is 5th April @ 12:00</p> <p>Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust shall invite no more than 5 suppliers to the pre-market engagement meetings. Suppliers will be invited on a first come, first served basis. These meetings shall be approximately 2 hours in length. The purpose of the pre-market engagement meetings shall be to discuss specification scope, contract structure and provide an opportunity for supplier insight and feedback.</p> <p>Further details will then be forwarded to advise on the date/ time and joining instructions for the engagement session. A brief overview and the questions to be asked on the day will be forwarded with the invite to enable you to prepare. The Supplier engagement meetings will be carried out in accordance with regulations 40 and 41 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Please note that other contracting authorities may join this procurement exercise which is scheduled to commence in either QTR 1/2 of the 21/22 financial year.</p> Keywords: early engagement, Medical Software
