Oxfordshire County Council is seeking to procure a compliance management solution, including civil enforcement personnel to: Monitor compliance across new Special Enforcement Areas (SEA) for the districts of Cherwell, South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse. Issue penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued under The Traffic Management Act 2004, Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Transport Act 2000 any other relevant legislation or regulations that may be in force during the lifetime of the contract Lot 1: Oxfordshire County Council is seeking to procure a compliance management solution, including civil enforcement personnel to: Monitor compliance across new Special Enforcement Areas (SEA) for the districts of Cherwell, South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse.
