Provision of a Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) support Contract based in Cyprus and Gibraltar

The Authority requires a 'Technology Neutral' Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) Team, who can provide equipment and engineering support to Deployed PMR systems at the overseas locations detailed above, specifically essential engineering support: - SQEP working day PMR helpdesk - To include out of hours 24/7 on-call engineering support - Maintain deployed PMR in Operational overseas locations - Emergency (48hrs) deployment of staff overseas (Circa to flight/Hotel availability) - Provide 2 Health Checks per year per area (1 each in Q1 2021) - Provide 2 Encryption visits per year in Cyprus (1 in Q2 2021) - Provide 3-4 line engineering support both in UK and overseas, to include the below standards; - Motorola platinum partner that is certified to sell and support - Motorola PMR/DMR Tier 3 and TETRA equipment - TRBOnet partner - Entel approved partner - Savox partner - Ability to offer/maintain any future required PMR equipment/service RFI was issued via CCS Framework RM3808 using the Direct Award Route to Market.
