Provision of 24 hour care and support for a young person

Service Provider required to provide 24/7 care and support for a young person with complex and enduring needs Lot 1: Children's Services within East Lothian Council require a service provider to provide residential care and support in East Lothian for a looked after young person with complex needs. The service provider will be able to provide the service flexibly, in terms of staff ratios required and also the young person's education provision, to meet the outcomes of the young person's care plan in an existing, specially adapted, property. The provision will be capable of supporting one further young person where deemed appropriate and suitable by the Council. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
