Proposed extension to existing temporary ASD teaching accommodation (1 x 100m2 prefab building),including all associated site development works at Scoil Mhuire Abbeyside, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford

Tender description

Contractors are invited to tender for the provision of extension of existing temporary ASD teaching facilities; including 1 x 100m2 prefabricated building, (extension to temporary accommodation installed in September 2020); including all mechanical, electrical installations to DoES specification and all associated site development works, including all civil works; ramps / railings, fencing, site services, hard surfaces, etc. External finishes to match the existing temporary accommodation installed in 2020. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education and Skills technical guidance documents and general specification for primary schools, but specifically TGD 026. It is paramount that the tendering Contractor is in a position to commence works on site immediately following appointment and has such resources available to meet the handover date of September 2021. All costs associated with rental of the prefabricated buildings as well as compliance with Building Control requirements must be included within the tendered sum.
