Tender description

During a 12-month period, ONS sends out approximately 2 million survey questionnaires to a variety of business addresses and 250 000 questionnaires to private addresses throughout the UK. As part of this process we send out approximately 1.3 million pre-paid return envelopes for responders to use. This procurement was conducted through Crown Commercial Services’ Managed Print and Digital Solutions RM3785. During a 12-month period, ONS sends out approximately 2 million survey questionnaires to a variety of business addresses and 250 000 questionnaires to private addresses throughout the UK. As part of this process we send out approximately 1.3 million pre-paid return envelopes for responders to use. ONS are an undertaking this extension to allow for a strategic review and aggregation of our managed print service across a number of different programmes and surveys. This contract variation constitutes a financial uplift of GBP 1 500 000.00 (excluding VAT).
