Tender description

There is a requirement to deliver policies & Traning in a more effective way ensuring all employees are targeted with relevant, current policies and traning in a timely manner. There is also an additional requirement to manage and track adherence to policies so that Longford County Council can demonstrate compliance and sound governance. Opportunities for training in relation to these policies, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity and GDPR, are also reliant on classroom-based attendance. It is therefore difficult to demonstrate compliance and target individual or groups of users that may require specific policy awareness training at a time that suits them. We are seeking submissions from companies capable of supplying software to support the implementation of a Policy Management and Training Solution to address these requirements
