Tender description

Clerk of works site supervision services for Paisley Town Hall Redevelopment - Main Works. The purpose of the services is to provide Clerk of Works services as defined in the Construction Contract to supervise the whole of the Works including, but not limited to, civils, structural, architectural, interior design, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, lifts, theatre design and the separate direct contracts placed by the Employer, such as loose furniture, fittings and equipment, sanitary fittings, fire extinguishers, IT and clock carillon repair in accordance with the requirements of the Main Works Contract Documents which comprise, but are not limited to, Preliminaries, drawings, BIM model, specification, schedules, Bill of Quantities, Contract Price Analysis, pre-construction information, BIM documents, surveys, sustainability requirements, soft landings requirements, surveys and the like.
