Overnight Concierge and Daytime Support Service

<p>Medway Council Strategic Housing is looking to appoint a Daytime Support Service and an Overnight Concierge Service for 3 months. This service is expected to operate from 01 April in a large HMO used by Medway Council Housing for the temporary accommodation of people experiencing rough sleeping and homelessness and who may have been placed by way of Medway Council&rsquo;s Covid-19 response exercise. The service would provide daytime support around a range of issues such as help with seeking move on accommodation, registration with GP and dentists, referral to substance misuse or mental health services, registering with housing options, housing benefit claims, welfare benefit maximisation etc and in addition the night time concierge would carry out general welfare checks on the property and occupants, respond to matters such as anti-social behaviour, health concerns (including Covid-19) and reporting back through agreed channels to Medway Council Strategic Housing&rsquo;s Partnerships Team, Rough Sleeper Initiative and Rehousing Teams.</p> Keywords: Concierge
