**PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC TENDER COMPETITION - MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE ONLY.** The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) is considering a Northern Ireland wide soil sampling and analysis scheme. The scheme is being delivered by the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) on behalf of DAERA. AFBI seeks to establish potential Contractor views on how a scheme of this scale can be delivered effectively and efficiently vis this market engagement exercise. Further information is provided in the "Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire" which can be accessed in the CfT documents via the CfT menu.
