Tender description

The Project will comprise preparation for and Construction of a Single-Storey Extension to accommodate a G.P. Room Extension and Servery, together with associated Alterations within the Building to form a new A.S.D. Store Room and altered Stage and Steps; to isolate the G.P. Room from the Corridor and to integrate it with the Extension. It will include Alterations to the existing Cloaks Area at the South end Ground Storey to incorporate 2 no. additional Staff Toilets and Replacement of Floor Coverings and Redecoration in Ground Storey Circulation and Cloaks Areas It will include Alterations to and Upgrading of Building Services Installations and External Works.
