Tender description

The Council required to appoint a consultant to assist them with their Local Heal and Energy Efficiency Strategy (LHEES) development, Home Energy Efficiency Programme: Area Based Schemes (HEEPS:ABS) and other projects to explore a wide range of options to meet statutory responsibilities. The procurement was a call off by mini competition from the Scottish Government Framework Agreement for Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategies (LHEES). The call off term is for 2 years with an optional extension for 12 months subject to satisfactory performance, financial standing and available funding.
