Contractors are invited to tender for the proposed construction of a pupil drop-off area and staff carparking; including all carpark / roadside lighting, upgrade of electrical infrastructure, drainage, fencing, landscaping & all associated ancillary works at Lissenhall National School, Lissenhall, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education & Skills, Technical Guidance Documents. It should also be noted that given the nature of the work involved and moreover the existing spatial constraints, it is paramount that the tendering contractor is in a position to commence works on site immediately following appointment and has such resources available to meet the pertinent handover dates. The PSCS/contractor shall prepare a H&S statement demonstrating measures that will be put in place to ensure that works can be carried out in accordance CIF Standard Operating Procedures and confirming measures to be taken to monitor these processes
