Tender description

<p>To support better mental health for all, Cambridgeshire County Council are looking to commission work to improve the money management skills of those who have a moderate to severe mental illness, and who are particularly vulnerable to debt. This is particularly pertinent in light of the impact of Covid-19 on unemployment, finances and mental health.</p> <p>We are looking for a solution that will:</p> <p>1. Encourage more people who have a mental illness and are at greater risk of debt to access financial support when needed.</p> <p>2. Support more people to maintain good mental health and wellbeing.</p> <p>3. Effectively engage those who have a moderate to severe mental illness in conversations and learning about money management.</p> <p>4. In supporting better money management contribute to the broader multi-agency public mental health work across Cambridgeshire.</p> <p>5. Ensure debt prevention/advice services are able to recognise those with a significant mental health need and signpost to relevant support.</p> Keywords: money management , Debt prevention , Mental health, Crisis, Debt
