Community Drug and Alcohol Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Service

Lot 1: Leeds City Council has procured an Integrated Community Drug and Alcohol Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Service for Leeds. Patients will be able to access these services through a single point of contact which will be widely promoted, making it easy to know how to access services. The service will be open to all, confidential and through the single point of access, service users will be assessed and then directed through the system to the services they require to meet their individual needs. The service operates on a hub and spoke model whereby there is a city centre hub and other buildings across the city from which services will be delivered - these have focussed in the areas of highest need. The service works closely with local agencies, strategic partners and service providers across the city to provide a seamless, joined up approach to delivering high quality services. There is a high level of awareness between partners and providers of the service provision to maximise early engagement and intervention with service users. Together we have ensured that there are clear pathways and referral routes between agencies to improve health outcomes across the city.
