Tender description

NUI Galway would like to invite tenders for the supply of a Reading List Management System, which will facilitate the creation and maintenance of course reading lists by academic staff, will improve the accessibility of reading requirements to students and will facilitate the sharing of reading list information with the library. It is intended that the Reading List Management System selected will facilitate and improve information flows between academic staff, the library and students about required or suggested reading material and the availability of that material via the library. It is expected that the Reading List Management System will provide sufficient integration with existing systems so as to automate functions as much as possible and reduce the manual processing of reading lists by library staff.
