To procure Landfill Consultancy Services to deal with all aspects of landfill including PCC Permit advice and guidance; liaison with all regulatory/statutory bodies, both internal and external; landfill site management consisting of gas, surface water, groundwater and leachate management, etc; site restoration and aftercare advice, guidance and implementation; drainage; environmental monitoring including chemical sampling and analysis; procurement of associated works and education functionality.
