26.84.1031 - Victoria Parade MEI Works. (Belfast Region) The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) for The Northern Ireland Housing Executive to carry out multi element improvement works to 8 NR one bedroom corner flats located within the block of flats in Victoria Parade, Belfast, which will improve the living conditions of tenants, and meet the require NIHE policies and strategies . For full details Economic Operators must review all the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Data document and Appendices 01-10. Notwithstanding the date of the Contract(s), it is intended that the commencement date of Works by the Contractor(s) will be Summer/Autumn 2021; however this is subject to change in the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion.
