26.84.1023 - Finnis Close Improvement Works. (Belfast Region) The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) for The Northern Ireland Housing Executive to carry out physical and Environmental improvement works to 17NO two storey properties at Finnis Close, Taughmonagh Belfast, which will improve the living conditions of tenants, and meet the require NIHE policies and strategies . For full details Economic Operators must review all the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Data document and Appendices 01-10. Notwithstanding the date of the Contract(s), it is intended that the commencement date of Works by the Contractor(s) will be Summer/Autumn 2021; however this is subject to change in the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion
