Tender description

The proposed works are limited to approx. 50 windows. The proposed removal and install will comprise of: - Remove existing windows - Supply and Install double glazed UPVC windows - Top opening tilt window design - Measurements will need to be undertaken but approx. window size: Arts Building 1060x1315mm and UCS Building 1020x1300mm - 28mm Planithern argon gas filled sealed units - 70mm frames - Locking handles - Colour- option on white, black or light blue (colour match Tucker building) Price per option. - Master keys to be provided and spare keys - Window need to comply with building regulations - Certificate provided for energy efficiency status of product - Registration with local council - Detail of warranty and insurance for product and install • The appointed contractor / service provider must confirm their methodology in relation to these proposed works, product / work warranties and their approach to working with Asbestos (if found), as part of the Quality Assessment Criteria within their tender submission.
