Tender description

The overall aim of this study is to undertake detailed coastal flood and erosion risk management investigation and to develop an appropriate plan to best manage the risks identified to human health, the environment, cultural heritage and economic activity. The study will provide baseline information on erosion and flood patterns and the effects of coastal and flood protection measures. This information will be used for coastal erosion protection measures and coastal flood protection measures where necessary. The main focus of the study is erosion in Ardmore. Curragh and Ballyquin are included in the study due to their proximity to Ardmore. The study must investigate the impact on Curragh and Ballyquin if any, on erosion or flood protection measures constructed in Ardmore.
