The Dairy Processing Technology Centre (DPTC) has a request for tenders for research access to a large semi-industrial scale, food grade processing plant with a range of processes and scale to accurately simulate commercial dairy processing, dairy waste streams and effluent management. An extensive pilot facility, covering upstream and downstream dairy processing is required.
