Tender description

Tipperary County Council invites submissions for the following works to No's 57 & 58, Marian Avenue, Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary - Extension to existing 1 bedroom properties. Houses will be vacant at time of works. Extension will consist of kitchen and wet room. Existing house will be altered to suit new layout. No 58 will have ramp and level access to kitchen. Existing house will be refurbished and BER upgrade to get A3 rated BER. Existing heating will be changed to air to water. Boundary works and extension of mains sewage to rear.
