Tender description
Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council (“Council”) in conjunction with the Department for Infrastructure (“DfI”) wish to appoint a Multi-Disciplinary Team of Consultants to prepare a Feasibility Study for the reopening of the Portadown to Armagh City rail line. Companies with the relevant qualifications are invited to respond to the terms of reference by providing a submission outlining how they would carry out the assignment. The final selection will be made based on the submissions received, having regard to the extent to which the client’s requirements for the assignment will be met.
