Supply of one Portable conveyor loader that can aid in the searches of containers, and other freight and cargo traffic. Additional information: This notice is for prior information and is only seeking expressions of interest from the marketplace . This does not mean that Border Force will proceed to a Procurement.The purpose of this notice is to alert the marketplace to a potential future opportunity to supply one telescopic boom conveyor to assist Border Force in the unloading and loading of HGV trailer and shipping containers to enhance their capabilities at the Border in the detection of prohibited goods.Technical specifications will be supplied in full, if on review of this market engagement Border Force decide to proceed to competition.Any interested Suppliers are to email their expression of interest to Neil Humphries at neil.humphries@homeoffice.gov.uk.The estimated date of publication of Contract Notice is expected to be 29th March 2021.
